USACA – WSWCF Academy Certification
Terms & Conditions
Effective Date: Feb 19th, 2026
These Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) govern enrollment in the WSWCF Academy Certification Program (“Program”) hosted by the USA Calisthenics Association INC (“USACA,” “we,” “our,” or “the Organization”).
By registering for the Program, you agree to the following terms.
1. Program Structure
The WSWCF Academy Certification Program is delivered in partnership with the World Street Workout & Calisthenics Federation (WSWCF).
USACA serves as the official U.S. host organization for the Program. Certification is issued in accordance with WSWCF Academy standards and requirements.
USACA reserves the right to modify scheduling, delivery format, instructional methods, and administrative procedures as necessary to maintain quality and compliance.
2. Program Fees
All Program fees:
• Are paid to USACA
• Are program service fees
• Are not tax-deductible charitable contributions
• Must be paid in full prior to participation
Program fees include:
• WSWCF Academy licensing fees
• Administrative and operational costs
• Instructor compensation
• Certification processing
• A two-year USACA membership voucher (as described below)
Payments are processed through secure third-party providers.
3. No Refund Policy
All Program fees are final.
By registering, you acknowledge and agree that:
• All sales are final
• No refunds will be issued for any reason
• No partial refunds will be granted
• Failure to complete the Program does not entitle you to a refund
• Personal scheduling conflicts, travel limitations, or other circumstances do not qualify for refunds
If USACA cancels the Program entirely and does not reschedule, USACA may, at its sole discretion, issue a credit or refund.
4. Membership Voucher
Enrollment in the Program includes a voucher for a two-year USACA membership.
The participant may redeem the voucher for one of the following membership categories, subject to eligibility requirements:
• General Membership
• Youth Membership
• Adult Membership
Membership begins upon redemption and activation of the voucher.
Membership:
• Is non-transferable
• Has no cash value
• May not be exchanged for a refund
• Must be redeemed within 12 months of Program completion unless otherwise stated
Membership benefits are governed by USACA’s bylaws and membership policies and may be updated from time to time at the Organization’s discretion.
Failure to redeem the voucher does not entitle the participant to a refund or credit.
5. Certification Requirements
Certification is granted only upon:
• Completion of required coursework
• Successful completion of all assessments
• Compliance with WSWCF standards
• Compliance with USACA Code of Conduct
• Payment of all applicable fees
USACA and/or WSWCF reserve the right to deny or revoke certification for misconduct, misrepresentation, safety violations, or failure to meet program standards.
Revocation does not entitle the participant to a refund.
6. Code of Conduct
Participants agree to:
• Promote safe training practices
• Uphold professional coaching standards
• Refrain from harassment, discrimination, or unsafe conduct
• Represent certification credentials accurately
Violation may result in removal from the Program or revocation of certification without refund.
7. Assumption of Risk
Participation in physical training and coaching activities involves inherent risks.
By enrolling, you acknowledge that you voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation and accept responsibility for your own health and safety.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, USACA and WSWCF disclaim liability for injuries or damages arising from participation in the Program.
8. No Employment or Agency Relationship
Participation in the Program does not create:
• Employment
• Partnership
• Agency
• Joint venture
Certification does not authorize participants to act as official representatives of USACA or WSWCF unless separately contracted.
9. Intellectual Property
All course materials, manuals, branding, videos, assessments, and related content are the intellectual property of USACA and/or WSWCF.
Participants may not copy, distribute, reproduce, republish, or commercially exploit any materials without written permission.
10. Media Release
Participants grant USACA permission to use photographs, video recordings, and testimonials for educational and promotional purposes unless written notice is submitted prior to participation.
11. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of [Insert State].
Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
12. Amendments
USACA reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
